Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Why 1001 Days? &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many people have created lists in the past - frequently simple goals such as New Year's resolutions.
